 WEEK 9 POSTING TERM 1....

Easter is nearly here...

Parent conferences was a huuuge success with many of our parents in attendance.

We have reached our Target of getting at least 80-90 percent of parents in attendance.

This is such a huge success and a even bigger thank you to our Teachers for all their efforts and work gone into room environmemt, and compiling what to share with parents around the learner profile;

Over 100 students stayed till 3pm which meant we had to be super organised with occupying that amount of children.

We now have a plan for when it rains, which we put into place over the 2 days.

A huge thak you to the team that supervised the 100 students.

A job done well by everyone.

Also, it is now EASTER, so happy Easter to everyone, may we all ret up!

and spend quality time with family.

Hope you all get los of EASTER EGGS TOOO......👻👻👻👻👻👻👻😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋

 WEEK 8 TERM 1 POST:

How wonderful it is to be a part of the AKO HIKO CLUSTER!

As we did last week, we hosted administrators for a AKO HIKO PD SESSION in looking at programmes for admin in google docs, sheets as well as for support staff from other schools.

Our New Furniture in the staffroom is allowing us to have a cafe style PD so that furniute can be moved to fit the purpose of the meeting.

We have now haeld 4 such sessions where our staffroom has turned into a cafe PD environment.

Next TIME  I WILL TAKE A PHOTO and share it so that we can see how the furnitur is adaptable and used for fit for purpose.

A huge shout out to Tumuaki Lisa, for ordering the right type of furnutire!!!!

 Week 7 post... term 1 2021

👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 A HUGE PAKIPAKI to our pasifika Parents who attended the pasifika Fono this week.

This was a wonderful way of connecting with Pasifika families via Talanoas which went on for over an hour.

One of the activities was to state what changes they could see as Parents and how awesome it was that sooooo many changes were noted.

Our Pasifika parents are very happy with the re branding and the direction that the shool is going in.

Special mention and acknowledge went out to out PATUIKI (Principal ) lisa, for having the vision, and driving the vision forward.

The night finished with a shared  kai where we were able to sitalongside each other and enjoy the variety of Pasifika foods bought in by our Parents.
