Weekly Blog .  (Week ending Friday 3rd September)

New Windsor staff and learning Assistants have all been busy this week having all  their meetings as Zoom meetings. Many classes are  able to have  more than 1 zoom meeting in a day , and becoming very skilled at knowing how to connect online.

Who would of guessed that this is where we would all be and having to do, at this time of the year.

One  advantage of being in lock down is that we are all at home with  our families, and not having  to get up early  go to work or to School.

The  DELTA VARIENT is a very dangerous one, and we all need to be keeping ourselves safe in our bubbles. The biggest message that we all need to follow is the one that we are hearing over and over again:

STAY HOME, STAY HOME TO STOP THE SPREAD OF DELTA IN THE COMMUNITY.

As a country we are very fortunate that our Government is quick to act on getting us all   to help in stopping the airborne virus spreading.

We are definitly a team of 5 million!πŸ‘‹πŸ‘‹πŸ‘‹πŸ‘‹πŸ‘‹πŸ‘‹πŸ‘‹πŸ‘‹πŸ‘‹πŸ‘‹πŸ‘‹πŸ’

A huge thank you to our New Windsor Community our children, and adults for doing your part in keeping us all safe, especially your bubbles.

All around the world there are still  many countries in lock down.

Children in India have not been able to go back to school and are still learning from home after  a year plus   of  having to learn from home .

England have only just opened up their Schools this week  after many months in lock down.

Are we all able to connect with our class zooms ?

If you have any  questions  about your learning from home connect with your teacher .

All staff emails are on the New Windsor School Website.

Have a restful weekend everyone.πŸ˜‹πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜ŠπŸ˜Š

Do  make  sure that you get to spend some time outside as well.Go for a walk with your family ,

Spend time playing outside.πŸ‘ŒπŸ‘§πŸ‘¦

The sun gives us our dose of vitamin DπŸ’₯πŸ’’ The sun is one of the  ways in which we can get our daily  vitamin D, when playing outside, or just being out doors on a sunny day.

Happy weekend,

Hei Konei raπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜˜
